Visit to EkoPartner Recykling

Researchers from the LAIM team, including Łukasz Drewniak, Surbhi Sinha and Szymon Rzuczkowski, visited the municipal waste composting facility operated by EkoPartner Recykling to discuss opportunities for colaboration in optimizing composting processes and leachate management.

The visit also supported the preparation of educational materials for the “Technologies Applied in Environmental Protection” university course, highlighting how industrial challenges can drive scientific and technological innovation.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and discuss potential solutions that could be implemented in composting facilities facing similar operational and environmental challenges.
